There are many different methods of Hypnotherapy out there, all with their own way of working. The approach that Philip uses is called Solution Focus Therapy or SFT.
This method is so effective because it is completely personal to the client, there are no scripts and the techniques used can vary depending on the client rather than the issue they are coming with.
When you arrive you will be welcomed into a relaxing environment where you will already get a sense of calmness from the moment you meet Philip.
Together you will focus on the solutions rather than the problems, create the goals to be worked on and then the Hypnosis will begin.
The initial consultation lasts between one hour and two hours and in many cases people have achieved "life changing" progress in just one session (see testimonials). If more than one session is required then that will also be discussed in the initial meeting.
